PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS APPLICATION. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE AI CLOTH CHANGER APPLICATION (“APP”), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. General Information

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Chirag Moradiya ("Developer") for the use of the App. The App is available for download from the Apple App Store and is governed by their terms in addition to this Agreement.

Definitions

Application refers to the AI Cloth Changer app provided by the Company, designed for installation and use on your device.

Company refers to the organization providing the Application, also identified as “We,” “Us,” or “Our” throughout this document.

Content includes any text, images, files, or other material that you upload, share, or otherwise make accessible through the Application.

Country refers to the jurisdiction where the Company operates, specifically Gujarat, India.

Agreement refers to this End-User License Agreement, representing the complete understanding between you and the Company regarding your use of the Application.

Device refers to any hardware, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer, capable of running the Application.

You denotes the person or entity that downloads, installs, or uses the Application and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Acknowledgment

By selecting the "I Agree" button, downloading, or using the Application, You acknowledge and accept the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree with the terms, do not click "I Agree", download, or use the Application.

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between You and the Company regarding your use of the Application provided by the Company.

The Application is licensed to You, not sold, and is made available for use in strict accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

License

Scope of the License

The Company provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and utilize the Application strictly as permitted under this Agreement.

This license is exclusively for your personal and non-commercial use, subject to full compliance with the terms outlined herein.

Third-Party Content and Services

The Application allows users to upload an image, modify it by changing clothing based on the prompts they provide, and download the modified image. The app ensures that no user-uploaded images are stored or shared on its servers.

You understand and agree that the Company is not liable for any issues arising from the use of third-party technologies or content integrated into the Application.
